Reflexive Performance Reset - Advanced

During this day we dive deeper into the RPR system! After a brief review, you will learn to solve problems that you might have experienced in your clinic during testing of the sequence in your clinic.

We look more at the so-called cheat patterns, for example those of the mouth and the jaw. You will also learn what to do if someone scores a "zero" while testing.

We discuss the foot mechanics and the effect this has on zones 1-2-3; because we want to be sure that the diaphragm and psoas are well-functioning and activated. In addition, there are new techniques dealing with rotational movements in the body and the posterior chain.

New techniques that are addressed are:
  • 1st rib - hip rotation relationship (Piriformis)
  • The forearm extensors / brachialis for tennis arm complaints
  • Infraspinatus technique for thoracic rotational component
  • Butterfly technique for pelvis and lower ribs
  • Pelvic floor activation
  • Visual field patterns
  • Foot: big toe and small toes
  • Transformational zone stability

This day puts the dots on the 'i' and, through the new techniques, this will reinforce your activation skills so you use the RPR system even better!

This course is designed for: (sport)physical therapists, manual therapists, chiropractors, personal trainers and athletic trainers.
